Joe Ageyo Quits Citizen As Linus Kaikai Takes His Position

Linus Kaikai has been hired as the company's Editorial Director by Royal Media Services, also known as RMS.

Managing Director Wachira Waruru announced the appointment of the new editorial director on Wednesday.

Linus, the editorial director, would be in charge of the administrative and editorial tasks of news and current affairs activities across all RMS platforms, according to Mr. Waruru.

Kaikai was the Director of Strategy at RMS before being appointed.

Joe Ageyo, who has held the position for the past four years, will be replaced.

Ageyo departed the station to pursue his own interests, according to a statement from RMS.

"I am writing to inform you that Joe Ageyo, the RMS's Editorial Director for the past four years, will be departing the firm to pursue other opportunities."
